I am Sifu Andy Chrysostomou, welcome to the home of  Wing Chun Nei Jia (NeiGong) and The Wing Chun Boxing Collective!

My interest in chinese martial arts began to form as a child living in Kowloon,  Hong Kong the early seventies. Much later aged eighteen I enlisted with H.M. Forces and in between serving in the Gulf, Kosovo conflicts as part of my commitment to the British Army I dabbled in western boxing representing my squadron and regiment successfully from a period between 1990-1998.

The following decade i spent studying the Ip Man system of Wing Chun Kung fu (3rd & 5th generation sifu). During this period i have studied under Sifu S. Kwok and Sifu K. W. Cheung lineages, I have been a Certified Instructor in various U.k associations as well as being a member of the V.T.A.A .

My interests have now expanded to include the process of internal change or Nei Gong and its relationship to Wing Chun. In a martial sense this is known as Nei Jia. In addition to this I am actively studying the Hebei Xing-Yi Quan system of internal Chinese boxing, Ji Ben Qigong, emei Zhuang Zhang and Dragon Dao Yin. These studies are ongoing under the tutelage of Laoshr Damo. My journey has led me to the conclusion that i am no longer just a Wing Chun man but rather a Gongfu man. I still periodically train western boxing and enjoy having the heavy bag hanging from my apple tree work for me.
